Buying remotely only works if the last mile is as clear as the listing. The destination is priced before you sign, the carrier is insured, and the clock on your inspection starts when the vehicle actually arrives.
How delivery works
Imarian coordinates transport directly, so there is one team accountable for the vehicle from the moment it is sold to the moment it is in front of you. Each step below exists so nothing about the handover has to be assumed.
Transport is calculated at $0.80/mile from our lot to your address, and the amount is written into the Purchase Agreement alongside the vehicle and the price. You confirm the destination and the delivery cost before anything is signed — there is no separate quote arriving afterwards.
With the wire confirmed, we book a fully insured carrier. The vehicle leaves our lot in the condition it was prepared in — serviced, detailed and inspected — and that is the condition the carrier is accountable for on arrival.
Our team contacts you ahead of collection with a realistic delivery window, not a placeholder date. If anything shifts while the vehicle is in transit, you hear it from us rather than discovering it on the day.
We deliver anywhere in the continental United States. Plenty of buyers send the vehicle straight to an independent shop for a pre-acceptance check instead of home — that is a normal request, not an awkward one, and it costs no extra.
What the rate covers
On arrival
Your 10-day inspection window opens the moment the vehicle is delivered — not when it was dispatched, and not when the invoice was paid. Time spent on a truck is our problem, not yours.
Drive it, put it on a lift, have a mechanic go through it. If it is not what you agreed to buy, contact support inside the window and we coordinate return pickup and cover the return transport. The refund is issued within 24 hours of the vehicle arriving back, subject to the signed purchase agreement and the vehicle returning in the condition it was delivered in.
